Body lift weight
I was wondering how much if any of the cars interior and engine bay should be romoved before a body lift. Any idea how much it might weigh. Just curious i don't think i will be doing it very soon.

Totally empty body ... probably not much more than 500 pounds.
Full interior, doors, headlight assemblies ... I'd say 1000 easy.
If you don't remove headlights,bumper components, etc, then plan
on supporting the nose during the lift. You can run a strap
from the nose to the Ttop bar on a coupe.
