Hey, I finally got the invoice for my '82 project car from the General today. Boy am I pleased, I read a short while back where one of the members wasnt to pleased with what he got, to him I say what did you want. I had no idea of what to expect and I am very pleased, My car originally came from Oklahoma and wound up in Texas, so that is why the frame is sooooo good. To Peggy Venezia,,, my hat is off to you,,, thank you seems so trivial, but thank you. Peace,,, Craig
P.S. now to request another one for my '80 donor car.
From: A high school diploma fixing what a college degree broke TN
St. Jude Donor '03 thru '26
What seems to be the waiting time right now? I've had mine in for a month or so,and was just curious on what everyone elses time was.
P.S. This is not a complaint in any way shape or form I'll be glad to get whatever they send when they send it.
I got mine yeterday as well. I was very Pleased .
My car was delivered to Lou Grubb Chevrolet in Phoenix , Az. on 06/06/81 or maybe this was when it was sold..
I bought the car in Tucson, Az and I am the 3rd owner ..So this was a Arizona car till I moved to WV and brought it with me.
It sold for $15,448
Thank you Peggy
That's great, I'll have to get ahold of her. I haven't been able to find out where my car came from. The guy that sold it to the guy that I bought it from doesn't remember where the car came from, he took it in on trade for a motorhome.
Hey, Yes it is free, and it takes a few weeks, mine took all of 8 weeks to get and I think its not available for all years, maybe someone else knows what years are eligible,,,Peace,,,Moosie
