Good plug wires for 400ci AR Racing engine?

Good plug wires for 400ci AR Racing engine?

I need to get some replacement plug-wires for my 400ci canfield-headed AR Racing engine that is going in (don't want to reuse the old stock ones). I have no idea if plug wires are generic or you guys around here have some suggestions of ones I can order from Summit or Jegs or wherever.

I've had really good luck with the MSD wires. You can go to the MSD webpage and pull up the application chart - this will list the boot styles, and it will show you the length of each one of the plug wires so you can tailor the right set to your application. The, take the MSD part number and order it from Summit.

ACCEL 300+ wires are good. Get the ones with the sleeves installed to prevent burning them up on the headers.

I use Accel 8.8mm RACE wire.. However - the MSD 8.5 mm wires are probably the best available ones..
