Default Squirter Problem IS SOLVED

I was having a problem with my windshield washer pump on my '69. No water was getting to the windshield. The pump was working but not sucking any water out of the reservoir. After a little research on the internet, I decided to try some "swimming pool lube". For those of you familiar with swimming pools, you know what this product is. For those who don't know, it's a sticky vaseline like product that you liberally spread on your rubber gaskets for your pool motors and filters. I used this in the recess of the valve body where the triangular o-ring is located and on the large one inch (approx) circular seal. Then I reinstalled the o-ring, put it all back together..... and ......voila.....it worked like a champ. Apparently, the o-rings were worn or shrunk just enough to let some air escape. This lube is water-proof so it should last quite awhile. The squirter never worked better!!
