I've noticed many real tiny scratches in my paint. I also have a ton of Zaino on my vette that I would like to remove. I was wondering if I could wet sand the whole car to get it looking better? If so what grit sandpaper should I use? Thanks in advance.

whats Zaino? you should use the least abrasive method first in a non conspicuous area. i would go to the Meguiars web site and look at their glazes and cleaning compounds as a first step to be used with a buffer or by hand
1000, 2000, then 4000 grit...when you get done with the 4000, the paint will have a dull shine, then start with the 3M Perfect-It III system. use the fine polish, then foam, swirl remover, then wax. When complete, the finish will look as if its a BC/CC.
Lot of work, but well worth the effort. All of the products can be purchased at your friendly neighboorhood automotive paint retailer. Ask for Mirka sanding pads....also available on ebay.
I agree but before you start sanding use a wax and grease remover, or you will just push the zaino deeper into the paint. Try a small area first as you might not have enough paint on the car and can sand or burn through it during buffing.i
Guys you will drive yourself nuts using super fine papers like 2000 and 4000.
I used 600 to cut the orange peal then 1000 followed by a polishing compound .
For wet sanding use a spray bottle, any pump bottle and fill it with warm water and a few drops of dish soap. Keep misting the area's you are working on. Also keep a bucket of warm water, with soap and a sponge and frequently wipe off the area you are wet sanding.
This is for both wet sanding and polishing out later. Don't work on a dry area.
