he kept pulling on the straight sections and had a little better cornering than i did, not to mention this was about the fourth session of the day and i could feel the tires going away. we did this little dance for about 4 laps...........................but there was no way he was going to let that c4 pass him. .
he should have given you a point by. These guys can be very arrogant. The C4 and C5 guys don't even come talk to me at the track. Maybe they don't know i'm driving a vette. And i've ranted before about the active handling crutch. Thats ok, it takes more skill to drive a C3 fast.
I guess i don't feel so bad running on stock size tires with only 10 hours of track time under my belt.
i'm not crazy about the body roll i'm gettng with my 550/420 springs. This was without the front bar connected though.

Looks like you are driving it like you stole it. I have drag raced and drove a NASCAR/BUSCH series car at MIS and now I want to do a road course but it will have to be in my Firebird, road courses don't like verts with no roll cage.
