Default Decoding a Big Block in a 68 Vette

Just looked at a vette today and they guy thought he had a numbers matching 68 427 but from what I could tell right away it wasnt. Can anyone tell me what this is out of? The stamping number on the block is

OCF405162

They were a little difficult to see so the letters may very well have been COE, I cant find anything to tell me what the engine is.

Thanks

C is the correct first digit, but I don't know what the other two are....whatever...that block is from a 70 and up...could be a truck block
