Sidepipe options for a '79
A buddy has a '79 (just got it) and his wife asked for sidepipes (not sure if she wants more sound or wants sidepipes, I'll have to drill that out of her) and since he's new to Corvettes, I'm helping him look for options. I'm a C2 guy and don't know much about '79s. The car is real clean and from a quick look, I think it's gorgeously original. I did a C3 search and found a lot of sidepipe info, but couldn't relate it to '79's specifically. We have emmision testing here, do '79's have cats?
Any help would be appreciated and I'll hook him up to this forum soon (we are a group of Road Warrior machine installers and he's out of the country for a week or so).
