ok, my door DOES lock...but,
only using the key. the interior **** wont latch the lock. I havent gotten any of my manuals in yet that I ordered, so any suggestions on the fix?
it is a 69,and the **** turns fine just seems that it doesnt quite get to latched...
also, my tele wont unlock to adjust the wheel. the lever turns back towards unlock but it is a little difficult and I think it is just not quite getting there to release it. the column also has a little play in it at the joint before it enters the dash. loose nut? i can grab the wheel and move the column side to side maybe a 1/4 inch each way.
