The body mounts on the '75 frame will be slightly lower to accomodate the rubber cushions instead of the aluminum ones that were used in '69. Also, the front and rear bumper mounts, frame horns, and rearmost crossmember near the taillights will be different on the '75 frame. Forgot to add that the removable "V" crossmember under the '69 radiator support is not there on the '75 frame. I'm not sure how the '75 frame is configured in that area under the radiator support.
I think it will require a bit of effort to make the '75 frame work for your '69. If you're concerned about keeping things looking origian; and correct, it may be easier to find a frame from a '69 - '72 and go from there.

the 75 frame in the front. The rear is the gotcha ... need to cut off the
rear part of then frame - behind the gas tank mount - and weld in the
section from a 68-73. If you have both frames and the rear section is
solid, it wouldn't be TOO difficult. Measure twice - cut once.
