Hey: As a guy who like the "biggies" (both on cars & women), I can tell U that your gonna have quite a time trying to fit those underneath the stock frame & suspension. Almost looks like a tub job. But, I guess if you go with the offset T/A's & use the much larger axle shafts, plus fender flares (wouldn't hurt) you might be able to "squeeze" 'em in. Also, what gear are you planning on running? If your're keeping the stock 3:08, those tall "monsters" will be dropping your ratio way down below 3.00:1 ratio. Good luck, should look "****" if you can get 'em to work.

No way offset trailing arms are going to help, nor a stock frame. He already said he is going to cut everything behind the seat out and do it right. It will look wild.
As for traction they are not very good, they are for looks not performance. One of our locals has them on a 55 chevy and everywhere he goes you hear this squealing sound.
They will make the looks all by themselves.
I hope you post alot on the project.
That is some serious meat I hope you get them to fit I have 275/50/17 on the rear with a 383 stroker 480HP and a 3:08 rear end and I have to power break to spin them. I get great traction and run a 3.9 0-60 and a 12.2 !/4 @ 122MPH with no wheel spin. I'm thinking of going to a 3:23 or 3:73 rear end to see what happens. Good luck!!
