wheel hops real bad
76 vett- wheel hops really bad,let the cluch fly,between 3500 rpm & 4500 rpm ,never tried any higher in the dry.in the wet it will do as soon as the tires break lose - it will make your teeth rattle . i have put in new bushings,sping,tried air shocks with many air adjustments 25 psi to 100psi,stock shocks,alinement, the tires are P275-60-15 i have owned the car for 19 years, all the time i have owned it-it has had larger then stock tires(could this be the problem?)it has a 355 cu. in.- with about 375 HP. Now if you turn the wheels a half turn to the right or left the tires will break lose nicely,(but the rear end is all over the place) but straight on wet or dry look out. Thanks for any help
