Edel makes makes a TBI unit that fits on existing square-bore intake. It was the easiest I found after doing my research. It's not as good as MPFI, but good enough for a weekend driver.
I agree with turtle, I'll take a carb any day on my pleasure driver. Mine is tuned so well (with an O2 sensor) that I couldn't justify the expense of FI.

I have TPI on my Vette and my 83 pickup. I like it very well. Both my units are from Corvettes, but there is not that much real difference (center bolt angles, EGR path, and fuel rail location). Go find somebody with a TPI Camaro-even a 305-and you will be impressed. It is not that hard a swap. In the post Pat mentions, see the link I put to another post. It has a pretty good description of what years units are configured what way.
