Who's got a Hurst shifter?? Question

When installed...was it more to the left of the console than the stock shifter??........just curious.

Yes, mine was slightly more to the left. It wasn't so bad with the shifter body, but with the replica shift handle I got the geometry way off. I had to stick the handle in a bench vice and bend it. I didn't even need have the console on yet when I figured something was very wrong.

Mine looks like it over to the left. I am struggling to get the console back on. If it is skewed I will find out tomorrow.

Mine hits the side when I put it in reverse, but 1 thru 4 are dead center.

mine was to the left also the previous owner actully cracked the console because of this. I just added extra washers to the bolts that mount the shifter to move it in the center. Works fine now no bending needed.
