one of these days, when I redo the carpet in the 82, I too will do the same...thanks for the tips and great pics......

So I've got to know how does the final product sound after installing the heat shield and sound deadener. Let us know.

Sorry dude my 80 came with a regular glovebox, vanity mirrors on both driver and passanger side, and I removed the e-brake and now have cup holders I love, I don't get my nuts wet
