Well, I ran all the booster test's KDF informed me about on a previous post. Bled the brakes. Still same thing. My next step is the master cylinder i guess. After that I will rebuild my 150 mile ago brand new calipers. Gah...what a pita.
I read your other post. The only thing wrong with the other testing write up was the 18 inches of vacuum. I don't know the exact figure. But some of my radical cams had sub 10 inches of vacuum and the brakes worked fine.
Like the other day I was headed out to the Auto-X races and I fired up my car and noticed that my brakes were hard. I popped the hood and sure enough in my haste to set the valve lash I had left the 3/8th brake booster line off. Just plugged it in and the brakes were back to normal.
What are you doing today? Could you come over? I'm off work at 3:00 and home by 3:10-15
427 - It's just lacking brake feel like crazy. The brakes will sink about 2 inches before I get any grip. I will go on a run here in a few minutes and come back and try to describe it better.
George- Yeah I could run over there. I don't have nothing to do today. Just give me a call on my cell phone.
