Rear Speakers
Trying to fit speakers.
Are there any mounting points for rear spekers or do you have to make up brakets - if so any thoughts on best place to fix brackets
I have a 1970 T-Top

Just make your own, this is what I did using thin plywood and carpet.
It was important to me to still have room to carry the t tops.

I did the same thing, buddy of mine and myself built a box , last weekend, looks great , used MDF board , covered it w/ carpet ,really looks factory

6x9's fit in the rear L/R spaces perfectly snug--just stuff some padding around them under the carpet.

You can also get boxes to put 6x9's in. Thats the route I took that way I can take them out if I ever need more space. Best Buy, Circuit City, Wal-Mart...all those places sell them and they fit perfectly with the top down in my 71 drop top.

I built some rear pods for 6 1/2 inch speakers and hung them from a plywood panel. Here's the link to my buildup and a pic of the speaker pod.

Went that route since space is at real premium in my vert.
