I have a strong suspision that the 70 LT-1 Ignition Pulse Amplifier has gone south What is the latest thinking on repair? Replace any faulty transistors or diode with updated replacement parts? If so, anyone have the conversion parts list for the active Transistor's and diode? I know the old PW board has a reputation of deterioration but that can be relatively easy to repair.
Or is it better to go ahead and hide a 21st century amplifier module inside the old module housing and rewire?
solid state module is the replacement...I replaced mine, and the original was/is still good....If I remember correctly, the cost was around 130-140 bucks.

Replaced it just to have a sound mind.
$130 - $140 bucks George.....have you lost your mind?
Seriously though,
Which module did you you use and did you put it in an old housing?
yea, it was 140 for the new module, and went right in the old housing ...hooked right up to the TI wire harness ...if you can get a copy of the NCRS Driveline, the guy advertises there...it's a really slick piece....
I'll try to get the name for you if you're interested.
