TH350 Kickdown cable adjustment help needed.
Anybody know how to setup the kickdown properly. Mine doesn't seem to be since I installed the new carb. Doesn't kick down right. Any help would be great. I have an edelbrock 1406 carb.

According to the instructions on the one I recently purchased, there is a clip around 8 inches or so from the carb end. You release this clip (also is where it attatches to the bracket), with cable attached engage to full throttle and press the clip back in. It is supposed to be set at this point. I still had to tweak mine a little.
