Door shims
Remove kick panel. Support lower portion of door with a floor jack. Remove upper bolts of hinge. Loosten lower bolts. Might have to pry a bit on the hinge to break the rust and free up the old shims. Long screw driver to knock the shims up past the lower bolts. Remove/add new shims. Shims have a hole in the top that the hinge mounting bolt goes through, and a slot in the bottom for the lower bolts. Very tough to get at those drivers side upper hinge bolts. I'd remove the passenger side dash to make that side easier.
Just did mine this past weekend to align door gaps. WHEW!!!
