Question on car backfiring
I was cruising around 60mph when my motor backfired twice.
The motor quit running,I restarted the motor, which I could
hardly keep running, and limped home 3or4 mi. I let it cool
down before checking the dist. cap and the rotor button, they
were ok. The next day I had the car up to 75mph on thr free-
way with the motor running fine. What could have been the
problem?
