Can anyone identify this Cam
I don't know if this should be posted here in the tech section or general.
I have a 383 that was purchased used. When I got this motor I also got a stack of receipts and such from the machine shop that built the engine as well as misc parts the original owner picked up on the side.
The guy remembered about everything that was done to the thing but could not remember what type of cam was installed during the rebuild.
The shop was H&M Machine Services in Richmond Va. Apparently this place builds lots of engines and is known in the area. Anyway they list the CamShaft part number on the receipt as "CS-1138R".
Anyone recogmize the number with respect to any cam manufacturers. It's probably an internal number for the engine builder but I was hoping it was from a known series of numbers.
