Default Ball Joint Torque Specs

What are the specs for torque, upper and lower? Got 'em all in (though still trying to force in a grease zerk in one upper) and can't find the torque specs. Help anyone?

And what about the one upper joint that won't take a zerk? How to get one in there?

Chiltons
upper ball joint nut 32 ft. lbs.
lower ball joint nut 48 ft lbs.

On the same page they have it as upper 50, lower 90.

Your guess is as good as mine.

Maybe VanSteel will chime in. Wonder if your Chilton book is referencing it in Foot Pounds, then Metric? I've got an old Motor's Manual from the same year as the car (76) and it has no torque specs at all for the suspension that I can find.
