Rear gears
How hard are they to swap? How much for a shop to do it. I think i can do it on my own but i'm not familiar with our setup. I'll checkout corvettefaq.
Let my know if you have some higher gears you don't need for an '80 3.70ish

Don't go with Richmonds. You'll get a bad gear wind. Also the 80 - 82 are known for warped posi's. You may not have gear noise now but it could be there when you install new gears. I would recommend a DANA/Spicer gear or US Gear.
