Does anyone know what the angle of the crankshaft/driveshaft centerline is with horizontal? I need to verify that I have my engine inclination nailed down properly.

Marck I measured the tranny output shaft centerline to the floor of my vette before pulling the 700 out . I set the tko up the same way and it worked just fine . If yoy need the info email me and I will remeasure it for you
You have mail. I was going to do the same but I lost the measurement (had it stored in a pic) and the mounting pad on the ZF is much taller so the mount on the crossmember needs to drop, I had it too high and need to build a new crossmember.
Yea I know, great link. I find it easier to get the engine close to what it was from the factory and then shim the pinion mount to get them perpendicular. I have limited space with my ZF tranny and would like to avoid having to shim the trans rear mount a lot to get it dead on
Again, nice link, should be in everyone's bookmarks
You put the engine as high as possible, push the transmission up until it is just about touching the tunnel then adjust the rearend to this angle but opposite . Why hang the motor down at say 3 degrees and push the pinion up 3 if you could get away with 1 degree up and down????
