Side Pipe Covers

i just purchaced a 78 with reproduction side pipe, and the original owner gave me the painted fiberglass covers for them but there was no instructions or hardware with the covers. can anyone give me a idea or some close up pics of how they mount? any help would be great.

but when i line the old screw holes up then the curve on the front of the covers rubs on the tires. guess i will have to drill some new holes.

I believe the wheel-to-wheel distance varied slightly as the years progressed. I bought a used set and couldn't use the existing screw holes either. I used rivets to be sure they didn't disappear.
