Default 502 Can-Am progress and tech question

Ok.

Completed boxing the frame horns and rebuilt the front sway bar...

Wired up the engine harness and finished of the upper plenum install

Mounted the coil to the firewall, Installed the Clutch pivot ball bracket

Cut the bad parts out of the radiator frame where bubba attacked it with a sledge hammer. Fabbed up a cross brace to mount the oil cooler and fan

Test fit the radiator and drew up the mounts to fab tomorrow at the sheet metal shop (I used a Jeg's universal Chevy alloy rad and the hose outlets are just fine)

Mocked up the power steering lines and oil cooler lines and sent them to the fab shop

Pulled the Gas tank to get started on that nightmare. Is any one running a fuel cell?

What kind? how big? and how did you deal with the filler cap?

Both...

I bought one from SCDP, nice wire edm stainless piece. I didn't fit with my lakewood bell housing So Popped the SCDP bracket on the mill and slotted the holes so that it could slide the bolts and fabbed up a bracket from the oil cooler line pad on the block to the ball stud bracket a weld and wala. the bracket can be removed ON the car and it is MUCH more as in absolutely rigid.

I can take a photo if you like
