POR-15 application tech questions
A friend of mine is in the midst of a frame off for an International Scout turbo diesel 
I suggested POR-15 as a frame paint, and he's impressed with what he's read. Brushing on seems to be the norm here, but who has sprayed it? What kind of gun, what (if any) thinning is required, how is coverage affected? We have a decent compressor, and will purchase whatever gun is best. We'll also be painting the whole beast in a few weeks, so if there's a recommended gun that will work well for both then I'm all ears

i've never sprayed it on, always brushed and a little goes a long ways and when it dries u can't tell it was brushed, it seeks it's own level. u might want to call por15 for the info u seek. it is awesome stuff

You also will end up tossing any gun you use to spray this stuff with. I just finished brushing POR15 on my car trailer and it came out great.Stp
