Strut rod is the culprit
After replacing the strut rods, camber adjustment brackets, shocks and shock brackets the vibration I had starting at 80mph and increasing to dangerous levels at over 100mph is gone. The right inner strut rod bushing was so worn I only had to apply finger pressure to push it out. I believe at speed the right side tire was moving in and out up to or beyond 10 degrees of camber. The wheel bearings appear to be fine. The alignment appointment is Monday morning however I got it darn close using a level and carpenter's square.
So no worries of guesing by removing the drive shaft, checking pinion angle etc. etc. Thanks to those who gave me the advise.
