At my old shop, when we couldn't find a key, we got a nice, thick socket and hammered it onto the nut, then took it off. Worked pretty often, but ruins the socket. Cheaper than a set of wheels, I guess. Just a last resort idea....

most tire shops have a lock remover. It's like pounding a socket on. It has teeth inside the grip the outside of the lock nut and removes it.
Go to a good wheel and tire shop and ask them to remove it and buy some new locks.
