First thing is to check if sway bar bushings are poly or rubber.
If poly - grease 'em up good. Ditto for poly end-links.
If that doesn't do it - then it is likely the control arm bushings
that are poly and squeaking. That is more of a job to fix ...
gotta remove front springs to remove control arm bushings to grease 'em.
Good Luck. I'm betting on the sway bar bushings.
Oh yeah - could be poly links on the shock tops, too.

Grease em. Haven't looke intimately at my front control arms etc, but the ones on my old truck have grease zerts on them. I greased them once every two years or whenever they started squeeking. I would imagine your's would have zerts also.
