Default sandblasting diff cover ?

id like to sand blast my diff cover not where the diff seal sits but every where else so the paint sticks good.i thought about wire wheel but than i thought mild to aluminum a no,no ! what do you guys think will it %^&* it up ?

Just use an etching (acidic) primer

i blasted mine and chromed it..... i painted the inner area though cause the buffer wheel was toooo big to get in there

id like to see that picture cubca i think ill use glass beads aswell there seems to be a slight amount of iron in my sand i checked the sand with a neodymium super magnet .
