can I grease u-joint caps to ease installation?
I'll be installing u-joints for the first time ever. I've cleaned all the u-joint bores with fine grit sandpaper. Can I use some synthetic hightemp grease on the u-joint caps (or in the bores themselves) to help them slide into the bores?
