what spark plugs
what is the best plugs to run in my 350? compression is 9.8 to 1, headers and 280 duration 460 lift camshaft. the heads are old fuelie/ camel hump heads from a 65 model. thanks

what spark plugs
at the tuning for beer in va. that question came up to lars, and he told us that the regular ac delco plug that goes in the cars actually is better than these new platinum plugs. under high pressure the platinum loses its spark b4 the tried and true plugs did.

my car is a 81 I changed the heads and put some 1965 model, 461 camel hump heads on it, the 81 heads had the small 5/8 spark plugs and the 65 heads had larger 13/16 spark plugs in it. maybe the threads are the same, I will have to check

Hi Mark, Make sure they have the sealing ring on the plugs. That was the only thing my builder told me to be sure of. The plugs in the heads were for a 66 327 engine if memory serves me right.
