Tech filter, where is it?

Default Tech filter, where is it?
I'm trying to hook up the stock tach (78') to my MSD ignition and it says to removed the Tech Filter. Where is the filter located?

Trace the tach wire coming out of the distributer. It goes right to the tach filter. It looks like a condenser out of a points type distributer.

and its mounted on the intake manifold
