Default A Super Electric Radiator Fan Controller!

Digital readout--set exact ON temperature and the exact OFF temperature. It's only $49. Built in 16 amp relay. I'm ordering two of them--one for each fan on my dual fan SPAL.

Need to find an inconspicuous place to mount that.

Keep us posted. Sounds like a good way to double check temp. I just ordered a laser gun from harbor freight to do the same thing. Also good to check brakes.

It only controls an 8 or 16 amp relay. Most fans are at least 20 amps.

I was thinking my relay was a little heavier than 16 amps. Not so sure of 16 but it is for sure bigger than 8 amps. It is a neat piece of equipment though and would probably handle an electric fan in the 16 amp version.

My thinking was to use the internal relay to switch a relay close to the fans.

I'm going to mount them in the battery bay.

I wrote to the company that makes'em and they're quite excited--seems they never thought of this market.

It'd be good to switch on transmission cooler fans and as a de-ice control for the evaporator coil.
