Before I get into my electrical "woes", I'd like to identify the following wire, which is located pretty close to the fuseblock (from engine compartment side of firewall). You can see the lower portion of the Power Brake Booster in this pic...assuming I can post a pic!
Can anyone identify where this wire is going to (and where the "cut" wire went to)?
Where's the wire going to? Does it go into the firewall near the fuse panel?
Obviously it's a power wire. With a test light or voltmeter you can see if it's switched or not. If you unplug it, check everything and see what doesn't work.
I'd guess it's powering something like a/c, power windows, or something else that requires a decent amount of amps (judging by the size of the wire).
I know it doesn't help you right now, but a wiring diagram would tell you pretty quickly.
