hinge bushing replacement ?

hinge bushing replacement ?
Had my car at the body shop for a door that sags a little and I was told that the hinge bushings on the top hinge needed replacement. Has anybody got any advise on the replacement of these bushings ? Is this a do it yourself job ? Thanx Brent
I've done it and it's a piece of cake. I did it without any help, but in retrospect, that was a pretty stupid choice. Seriously, get a helper when the time comes.

When i did mine, I removed the door. Make sure you mark where the bolts are first (just "mist" some rattle can primer onto them..makes it easy to return the bolts to their old position)
One trick is to grind down one side of the top hinge pin...that way it comes out past the lip of the front fender...cut a similar notch in the new pin going back in.
