It's a piece of cake. And the motor is only $15. They hardest part is finding the correct position to hold the motor in when trying to snake it past the a/c parts in front of it. It is possible, I did it two months ago. Once you get it out, put the squirrel cage on the new motor and put it back in.
Don't forget the weatherstripping that seals the blower motor to the airbox.
