Carb -float problems?

Carb -float problems?
My car has stalled out a couple of times going around tight corners or while making U-turns. Could this be a float problem in the carb? How does this float thing work and how do you adjust it? BTW, the carb is a Edelbrock 600cfm -if this helps. Thanks

I didn't have any problems with mine. Make sure both adjustments are made to each flost. I used a 7/16" drill bit to measure the space between the float and the top of the carb. Here's a link to what needs to be done: http://www.edelbrock.com/automotive/...ct2.html#float
Make sure you use needlenose pliers to adjust the float tabs. Don't push on the float itself to make the adjustments.
