After replacing my entire A/C system on my 1980 I had a fuse blowing problem. Member of this forum offered various suggestions for a fix. I tried all of them. I cleanded all the connectors, ground points, re soldered some connections. However, I did not find any really bad connections. Then I replaced the new blower moter with another new blower moter and now don't have a porblem. Don't really know what was the problem. To all who gave advice thanks.
Happy for you Bobby. I have a new ac muffler & hose assy commin' in the mail for my new/old vette, so I hope to have some relief shortly too. Someone cut the original hoses to dress them out with that wire braided crap. Unfortunately the freon leaked passed the heater hose clamps. duh. Funny part was that it was done but some self proclaimed Corvette Specialist and expert.
Even I know not to do stuff like that.
