Rotating air cleaner
This 
air cleaner likes to rotate. Any ideas on how to keep it straight? Maybe a thin rubber gasket on the carb? Every time I lift the hood after driving, it's on a 45 degree angle.

Billet Specialties makes them. You can get them from Summit. They are high quality beautiful pieces, although I did have to return a couple air cleaners to get one with a perfect finish.
I got the tall version of the valve covers for looks, which required a different alternator bracket and longer belt. The air cleaner will test the limits of your hood clearance. No problem with the L-88 hood.
Any help with the rotation issue would be appreciated...
