keisler nightmare
Everything is about buttoned up, no missing parts. I will check/balance the drive-shaft,(no weights) Tuesday. The factory bell-housing was at the edge of the spec., but ok (.004). I would recommend Socket-head bolts for the trans. in place of the 3/4 inch head style provided. No pounding of the tunnel required, but it is tight. Road testing Wednesday!

I've been following your thread for some time, And it has aided my decision to not buy a Keisler product. I considered buying a "Can" (universal) tremac. But the Shifter Location IS the Real issue! All the other " Kit" parts can be made or bought. My SWC is not stock. But I refuse to cut any fiberglass panel....... including the tunnel. I like the engineering and quality of the Mcleod shifter offered on the Classic Chevy 5 speed And if the customer support is as good as everyone says ........All the better
No worries
