Tachometer problems
Need help with 79 tach problems - for about the last 3 weeks the tacho
has been operating on and off ( going to zero when not working), so I removed the small printed circuit under the tach, to check if it was fitting right, then replaced it. After startup the tach needle went right up past the rpm limlt and stayed there - even with the ignition off.
Any thoughts on problem appreciated.
