tach cable fire wall hole?

tach cable fire wall hole?
I just replaced the tach cable in my 71. In order to get the new one through the fire wall the rubber, or now almost plastic plug crumbled into pieces. What is the best way to plug the hole in the firewall?

There are 4 hole grommets for the tach cable, wires, oil pressure guage line, and a 3 hole gormmet for the vacuum lines. Be sure to get the right one because I think they are different diameters.
