Very easy to remove. There is a single, dedicated belt. Loosen the bolts olding to brackets, relieve the pressure on the belt, remove it. You're going to have to decide which vacuum hoses to remove and which to plug so that you don't create a vacuum leak. Also, you can remove both larger diameter hoses from the pump to the check valves. I'd leave these parts or you'll have more holes to plug.
Why are you looking to remove them? Too much clutter? You might want to keep the parts around even if you don't need emisson testing now. That could change at any time and then you'll spend a fortune buying them back.
