I just found out I have a head with three bent valve tips (Shipping)
I've had the heads for 8 mo. they looked great. Thankfully I didn't run them as is and decided to take them apart...
The top of the valve guide is cracked where the valve spring and
oil control goes.
Is this fixable? I think one can cut off the bent stem of the valve and remove
the rest...
They can be repaired, machined, and the guide reamed out and/or replaced. Cost effectiveness of the work depends on the head... aluminum, cast iron, etc.
I do this work professionally.... I wouldn't fix them either if the heads were cheap/crappy. But if the heads were high end, it's worth the time & effort.

Or am I hosed with this head?
Pissed in Dallas...
A no brainer, remove the springs, cut the valve off with a wiz wheel, then remove the valves. The guides are replaceable, drive the old guide out from the chamber side, replace the guides and resize, add new valves.
You might want to check for cracks around the guide.
Driving the old guides out requires some tools, have a shop do that part.
They are brand new, never run, Topline torquers...
Since the valves don't rotate, I'm guessing the valve needs some straightening to
even get it pulled out... I presume even if I get the valves out the guides are shot?
I guess the machine shop will be able to advise...
