Default Trany stuck
I have a four speed and the trany is stuck in 3rd and will not come out. the cluch works. I think it might be a linkage problem. any info would help

Check your shifter linkage. If it is worn of out of adjustment it will cause this to happen.

Thanks I'll check it out what part of the linkage. under the shifter or at the trany

Had the same thing about 5 months ago, but was stuck in 2nd (luckily) I was able to drive it home and just had to give the linkage an adjustment just like mentioned above. Might need a second person to move the stick while you adjust the linkage. Good luck.
