I doubt all the lamps went out at once. They are the gray wires BTW. There is a black ground wire that pushes on the back of the dash be sure you have it connected. Quick check use a jumper wire from ground to the metal plate where the lamp socket goes to see it they work.
Does the left signal work? That's grounded off the same circuit on the dash. Use a 12 meter or test light to see if you have power at the sockets.

just fixed a 69 with no dash lights. first thing the dimmer part of the headlamp switch had a burnt spot in it. but the problem ended up being a loose grey wire behind the dash that was flopping around and grounding out and blowing a fuse. drove me nuts for a while

If that fails look at the switch.

The "loose gray wire" may be the potentiometer wire for adjusting the dashboard lamp intensity. Its normally coiled up and wound around the front of the switch. As you rotate the headlight switch, a wiper arm sweeps across the top of the coiled wire. I was able to wind mine back up again and glue it back into the switch.
