You can also get ones with independent compression and extension adjustments, but these are about twice the price. I would probably go for them anyways if I had to do it again. For my use, eliminating all of the bounce in my spring requires making them stiff enough to be very uncomfortable. More rebound damping without the compression would be useful. As it is, I change the settings depending on how I'm going to be driving that day.
